Introduce
The BIGBOSS International Commercial Arbitration Center (or BBIAC) is an institution for resolving commercial disputes, established under the authority of the Ministry of Justice of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, based on the 2010 Commercial Arbitration Law and its current regulations.
Address: 25 GS1 Street, Dong Hoa Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province.
BIGBOSS INTERNATIONAL has jurisdiction to resolve the following disputes:
Disputes arising between parties from commercial activities.
Disputes arising between parties, where at least one party is engaged in commercial activities.
Other disputes between parties that are required by law to be resolved through arbitration.

In addition to its commercial dispute resolution activities, BBIAC focuses on actively engaging and collaborating with relevant authorities and domestic and international organizations to implement legal support initiatives aimed at the business community.
