In the event that the Petition, the Petition is withdrawn again or the parties agree to terminate the settlement of the dispute before the Arbitral Tribunal is established, BIGBOSS INTERNATIONAL shall refund 70% of the arbitration fees paid by the parties.
In case the Petition, Amended and Supplemented Petition, Re-Petition, Amended and Supplemented Petition are withdrawn after the Arbitration Council is established, BIGBOSS INTERNATIONAL shall refund 40% of the arbitration fee.
In case the Petition, Amended and Supplemented Petition, Repetition, Amended and Supplemented Petition are withdrawn after BIGBOSS INTERNATIONAL sends the Summons to the Dispute Settlement Meeting and before the date of the Dispute Settlement Meeting, BIGBOSS INTERNATIONAL shall refund 20% of the arbitration fee.
In case the Arbitral Tribunal issues a Decision to suspend the settlement of the dispute due to non-existent arbitration agreement or invalid arbitration agreement or unenforceable arbitration agreement, BIGBOSS INTERNATIONAL refunds 30% of arbitration fees.
