BIGBOSS International Commercial Arbitration Center (or BBIAC) is a commercial dispute resolution agency, licensed to be established by the Ministry of Justice of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the basis of the Commercial Arbitration Law. 2010 and current Regulations.

BIGBOSS INTERNATIONAL (BBIAC) has the authority to resolve the following disputes:
1/ Disputes between the parties arising from commercial activities;
2/ Disputes arise between parties in which at least one party has commercial activities;
3/ Other disputes between the parties that are prescribed by law shall be resolved by Arbitration.
